Building My Future

Ben has worked at Earlestown Cricket Club for two years as part of his employability qualification. In this time Ben has made huge progress in his social skills by working alongside a number of different members of the club.

Ben has learned a number of new skills at his workplace such as measuring, drilling, planting and even using a circular saw. Ben continues to learn and progress within his work and the wider community and this gives Ben a true sense of self worth and achievement.

The student voice is extremely important to us and when asked, Ben used his iPad to communicate how he likes working there.
