This month’s Ascent Autism Advice Forum focuses on an important and sensitive topic for families navigating the digital world: Online Grooming.
We invite parents, carers, and professionals to join us online for a vital session on how to support and safeguard young people against online grooming. The session will be delivered by Merseyside Catch 22, an organisation with extensive experience working with vulnerable young people and families across the region.
During this online forum, Catch 22 will offer practical advice on:
- Understanding the signs of online grooming
- How to speak with young people about staying safe online
- What support is available if you have concerns
- How to report and respond appropriately
This is a safe and informative space to ask questions, share concerns, and gain valuable insight from specialists working directly in this field.
