Kabin Kitchen
Students can develop catering skills when gaining work experience in our Kabin kitchen.
The kabin kitchen, named by our students, is operated out of our lovingly restored horsebox. Currently a varied menu of sandwiches, soups and jacket potatoes are being made to order for staff and students across the organisation. By gaining experience of catering and producing food out of a small mobile unit, students will be equipped with a range of transferable skills required for future employment opportunities in catering and hospitality.
